Abstract: In this article, we present a case study in which postgraduate students’ views regarding new technologies are studied and used as a mean toward achieving a sound instructional design in blended learning courses, in terms of content development, teaching, communication, interaction and assessment. Outcomes of this study not only provides us with a basic feedback about how students perceive technologies within instructional design process, but also drives the actual redesign of academic courses in terms of ICT usage in a more realistic and effective approach.
